By accessing or using My Cashflow Sheet ("the Service"), available at mycashflowsheet.com and through our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

My Cashflow Sheet is a free personal finance tracking tool inspired by the Cashflow 101 board game. It allows you to track income, expenses, assets, and liabilities in a digital financial statement format.

3. User Accounts

• You may create an account using a valid email address via magic link authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may delete your account and data at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

5. Your Data

• You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the Service.
• We store your data securely using Supabase with row-level security.
• You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. No Financial Advice

My Cashflow Sheet is a tracking tool only. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax guidance. The concepts used (passive income, rat race, financial freedom) are inspired by educational material and should not be taken as professional financial advice. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on data tracked in the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

• My Cashflow Sheet and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us.
• "Cashflow 101" and "Rich Dad Poor Dad" are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Rich Dad Education or Robert Kiyosaki.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers including Supabase (data storage) and Cloudflare (hosting). Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms of these providers.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
