What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect:

Email address — used for authentication (magic link login) and optional monthly reminders
Name — displayed on your cashflow sheet (optional)
Financial data you enter — income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and other cashflow data
Currency preference

How We Use Your Data

To save and sync your cashflow sheet across devices
To send you login magic links when you request them
To send optional monthly reminders to fill in your cashflow sheet

We do not sell, share, or provide your financial data to any third parties.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS in Asia-Pacific). Each user's data is protected by Row Level Security — you can only access your own data.

Local Storage

The app also stores your data locally in your browser's localStorage. This allows the app to work offline. Local data is not transmitted anywhere unless you explicitly sign in and save to the cloud.

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time using the "Reset All Data" button in the app. To delete your account entirely, contact us at hello@mycashflowsheet.com.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics. The only cookies/storage used are for authentication sessions.

Cloudflare — hosting and CDN

Children

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
